Artist Statement

​

I believe that making art is a major part of who I am.  Because I am an introvert, my paintings allow me a voice louder than I might otherwise use.  I am a representative painter of our natural environment, its inhabitants, and my imagination.  I share my work with the hope that everyone will take a moment to recognize nature’s wonders and work just a little bit harder to protect our world.
